OUR SEAL
The Abide & Lead Seal tells the story of Kingdom leadership rooted in Christ. At the center, the cross embedded in the trunk reminds us that Christ is not just part of our leadership; He is the source. The flourishing tree symbolizes the life and influence of a leader who abides deeply in Jesus, bearing fruit that lasts. Beneath the surface, deep roots reflect spiritual disciplines, prayer, the Word, and worship that nourish and sustain us.
The shield surrounding the tree represents God’s protection of leaders who walk in alignment with Him. The outer circle, inscribed with John 15:5, anchors us to the Vine. Around the border, grapevines and clusters represent legacy, fruitfulness, and discipleship, reminding us that the goal is not just to lead well, but to multiply what matters most.
This seal is more than a mark; it’s a mantle. A declaration that we lead not by power or platform, but by abiding in Christ and walking faithfully in what He’s entrusted to us.

Elements of the Seal
The Cross
Embedded in the trunk is the Cross—a clear reminder that Christ is the source and center of our identity and leadership. The cross is not peripheral. It is central.
Colossians 1:17 - He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.
Authentic leadership flows from a life surrendered to Jesus.
Surrendered Man
Beneath the tree is a man, arms outstretched in surrender. This is the posture of the abiding leader: not self-made, but Spirit-led.
2 Corinthians 12:9 - But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
He doesn't climb the tree to take control—he grounds himself to remain dependent.
The Tree and the Roots
At the center of the seal stands a flourishing oak tree—symbolic of the leader who abides in Christ and will become an Oak of Righteousness.
Jeremiah 17:8 – He is like a tree planted by water that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.
The strength of the tree is largely rooted in its root system, which is not visible to most. It is what is happening beneath the surface that truly underpins the tree's strength. Similarly, the Inner life of a man and his heart toward God and others is what really makes the difference.
The tree's branches represent the eight areas of an integrated life — marriage, family, local church, health, work, finances, community, and relationships. Each branch draws from the same root, which is why the seal shows one tree, not eight separate plants.
The Vine and Fruit – Evidence of Abiding
Intertwined throughout the image is the theme of fruit-bearing through abiding. This echoes Jesus' command in John 15:5—the very foundation of Abide & Lead.
Matthew 7:20 – Thus, you will recognize them by their fruits.
Fruit is the by-product of abiding in Christ. It is not forced—it flows from those connected to the Vine.
There is no neutral branch. Every area of a leader's life is already bearing fruit — good or bad (Luke 6:43–44) — and abiding is what determines which kind. As we abide, we are slowly transformed into Christ's own likeness, from one degree of glory to another (2 Corinthians 3:18), conformed to the image of the Son (Romans 8:29). That transformation, not willpower, is what lets the same man show up in marriage, family, church, health, work, finances, community, and relationships alike.
The Shield – The Covering of the Trinity
The three-pointed shield represents the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—our protection, unity, and divine order.
Ephesians 6:11 – Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.
The Trinity isn't just theological—it's relational and foundational to how we lead. The threefold shape protects what's sacred inside: surrendered men, rooted in Christ, covered by divine presence.
In Summary
The Abide & Lead seal is a visual reminder that leadership is not driven by pressure or performance, but by presence, surrender, and abiding connection to Christ. We are not striving to lead for God—we are choosing to lead with God, walking with Him through every vision, meeting, and moment.
We believe Jesus is "the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End" (Revelation 22:13). Meaning our leadership must both begin and end in Him—surrounded, sustained, and shaped by His presence.
We lead from a place of depth—rooted, obedient, and bearing fruit that lasts. We don't chase influence; we steward it for eternal impact.
The fruit we bear has a name: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22–23) — the character of Christ, grown the same in every branch of life, so that the same man shows up everywhere.
He is the vine; we are the branches. If we abide in Him, and He in us, we will bear much fruit. — John 15:5
