Duane Donner is the Founder and CEO of Founders Advisors, where he has spent over three decades building, acquiring, and advising businesses. Throughout his career, Duane has come to believe that business is not just a platform for success—but a calling to steward for God’s glory. 

With a deep passion for investing in leaders, Duane focuses on helping CEOs and founders abide in Christ as they lead—aligning their lives, leadership, and businesses with God’s purpose. This calling led him to launch the Heritage Forum in 2017, and later Abide & Lead —a community built to inspire, equip, and connect leaders pursuing eternal impact through their work. 

Duane serves on the boards of several Christ-centered organizations, Bridge2Rwanda and Highlands College, and has been a devoted member of Church of the Highlands since 2001. 

He and his wife Amy have been married for over 35 years and live in Birmingham, Alabama. They are blessed with three daughters, two sons-in-law, and eight grandchildren. 

Duane finds great joy in gathering others—whether around a table, in business, or at Heritage Farms—creating space for meaningful connection, intentional fellowship, and time in God’s creation.
